Amanda Ballou from Chelan, Washington is the winner of the 2009 Rotary Raffle. The ticket was sold by Mall Boyd from the Wenatchee Rotary Club. Amanda had the choice of taking the 2009 Jeep Wrangler, or $20,000 in cash. She chose to take the cash.
