Classification Talk
With James Pumphrey
Classification talks are an essential part of Rotary and the best way to get to know the member's life story, occupation, and passion for serving others.

James joined the club exactly one year ago, January 5, 2023.  He is Executive Director of the Wenatchee Humane Society, replacing Dawn Davies.
Previous meeting - Dec. 21, 2023
Common Ground
With Thom Nees, Executive Director

Low inventory and community growth have caused a housing crisis in the Wenatchee Valley. The rising cost of rental units and home sale prices leaves much of our community’s workforce with little to no options.

Common Ground offers solutions through the community land trust model which focuses on home ownership, perpetual affordability and stewardship. Learn more.

There is much more to be learned in the video recording.

Service Opportunities

Concessions at Town Toyota Center- WE NEED YOU!

Volunteers are needed for December 31, January 20, 24, and 26.

Members who have not yet volunteered are in high demand!   This is a fun way to meet other Rotarians, share the love of Rotary with the community, and raise funds for our club and its impact on the community.  So far this Rotary year, we have earned $1,100+ volunteering with concessions.   This helps keep our dues stable.

It is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Get your food handlers card
2.  Get your MAST permit
3.  Sign up for a shift or three.

Show up and get ready to have fun! Our club gets a portion of the net sales based on the number of club members served.

Thank you to Mike & Tammy Kintner, Mark Kulaas, Dante Gutierrez-Zamora, Allan Galbraith, and Ken Robertson for volunteering at concessions!
