Last week - Wenatchee Schools
With Superintendent Kory Kalahar and Diana Haglund.
Introduced by PP Ford Barrett, Superintendent (and past president) Kory Kalahar shared the main ideas of the Wenatchee School District's Strategic Plan in its second year of implementation. The Strategic Plan is the guideline for the district's vision, promise to students and foundation for moving the system forward. Special attention was spent on the priorities, values, and Big Six Data Points for student success: High-Quality Instruction, Belonging, and Connection, Reading on Grade Level, Ready for Algebra, On Track for Graduation, and Real World Relevant Learning. Below are a few of the PowerPoint. View the video linked below (we apologize for the poor quality).
Technical difficulties prevented a good quality zoom video. Select lower button below for a restored video.
Amanda Keller is back, sponsored by Pete Van Well. She was forced to resign a few years ago due to business pressure. An excellent charge was delivered by PP Judy Conner.
