This week's News and Announcements.

IMAGINE ROTARY MOMENTS.

Every week, President Jill has shared ways we have imagined Rotary.   This week, we look to the future.   We are in the process of Imagining Rotary and how we impact the world around us.
Alatheia Riding Center is a vital organization in our valley.  Our Rotary Club will be supporting for years to come, beginning with the Toast and Roast fundraiser coming in March.  An inspiring video, https://youtu.be/yi10Ul9bUrk was shown highlighting the benefits offered there and how they are helping people.

Founded in 1924, the Philipsburg Rotary Club has grown to be the largest philanthropic organization in Granite County, Montana.   Located in a historic silver mining town the club has been especially active since the millennium.  In 2003 it began an effort to create a community ice rink and amphitheater on land donated by a club member’s family.

The hillside Winninghoff Park Arena has since seen concerts for up to 3,000 people and now has a modern refrigeration plant for all-winter free ice-skating including adult and youth hockey - an NHL size ice rink.

President Jill Leonard's uncle, Bob Winninghoff, is a long time Rotarian who donated the land.
